Statement of Involvement in Estate Planning
Dear Membership Committee:
I was admitted to the California State Bar in January 2021 and have devoted nearly my entire legal career to the practice of trusts and estates, including estate planning, trust administration, and probate.
I received my Juris Doctor in May 2020 from University of San Francisco School of Law, where I earned a Certificate in Tax Law with honors. My academic concentration in tax law reflected a longstanding interest in estate planning and the tax considerations inherent in wealth transfer and fiduciary administration.
Beginning in 2019, while still in law school, I clerked with Dudnick Detwiler Rivin & Stikker, LLP in its Trusts and Estates practice group. Following my admission to the Bar, I continued with the firm as an associate attorney in the same group. As a partner at Jweinat & Jajeh LLP, I served as the firm’s sole trusts and estates attorney.
During that time, my former law partner and I assumed the practice of Diablo Estate Planning upon the prior owner’s retirement. Through that transition, and through continued networking and community-based outreach, I developed a substantial client base in the Rossmoor Community. As a result, I have a particular dedication to serving clients in the Diablo Valley and maintaining strong professional ties within the local estate planning community.
I later founded The Jajeh Law Firm, P.C., where my practice remained almost exclusively devoted to trusts and estates matters. In November 2025, I transitioned my practice to Donahue Fitzgerald LLP as Senior Counsel in their Trusts & Estates practice group. I am stationed mainly in their Walnut Creek office and intend to continue my long-term professional focus in this field.
I look forward to further involving myself in the local estate planning community through active participation in the Estate Planning Council of Diablo Valley and contributing to its mission of professional collaboration, education, and service within the region.
